Registration Fee: ¥50,000 (Late Registration: ¥60,000)

Including a conference dinner at Hotel Mielparque Hiroshima and an excursion to Miyajima Island

Japan has set Visa exemptions for 71 countries/regions. Please check the following website if your country is exempt:

If your country is not exempt and you require a Visa, we can provide support on your application. The following services are offered:

Invitation letter ~1,100 yen

Visa document preparation ~11,000 yen

If you are interested in either of these, requests can be made through the general registration form (release date TBA)
